Local beauties participate in annual beauty pageant
Friday night, June 15, the St. Anne’s Center of Rosebud played host to the 40 year celebration for the first ever Miss Juneteenth Scholarship Pageant of Rosebud Texas. Though it was only the first pageant for the city of Rosebud, it turned out to be quite the spectacle, with several guest speakers and performers providing comedic and motivational entertainment to everyone in attendance that night. Clark, who started the event with a wonderful prayer for the attending audience and the contests contestants. Master of Ceremonies for the evening was guest comedian and speaker, Rodney Geter, who did an amazing job introducing the contestants and providing some old fashioned comedy.
