Rosebud-Lott students honor veterans

The graves of two hundred and thirtytwo veterans interred at Historic Clover Hill Cemetery in Lott were marked with flags in honor of Veteran’s Day, November 11.

This year marks the one hundred year anniversary of the end of the War to End All Wars, World War 1, fought from 1914-1918.

On Saturday, November 3, four members of the Rosebud-Lott Junior National Honor Society placed flags on the graves of veterans who had served in the military from the Civil War through the current conflicts in the Middle East.

The Clover Hill Cemetery Association members wish to express sincere appreciation to students Adam Herwald, Ethan Krueger, Sydney Parcus and Aliyah Walker, along with their sponsor, Mrs. Amy Krueger, and teacher, Mrs. Parcus for their service.
