What are you sowing and what will you reap?

As the Apostle Paul writes to those in Galatia, he tells them that they are going to reap just exactly what you sow.

“Be not decieved, God is not mocked, for whatsoever a man soweth that shall he also reap.(Galations 6:7)

That is true both physically and spiritually. God set the law of reaping and sowing into the universe.

“While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest and cold and heat and summer and winter and day and night shall not cease. (Genesis 8:22)

Since this principle has been working effectively for thousands of years, we really need to check the seeds that we have been planting.

Just look at this example.

One day there was a man that was driving to a job interview. He was running just a little bit late. He saw a middle aged lady that was stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire.

His conscience made him stop. He changed the ladies tire and headed to the interview just knowing there was no need since he, by now was so late. But he filled out the job application anyway and went to the personnel director’s office.

Did he get the job? He sure did! You see, because the woman whose tire he changed was the one that was in charge and she hired him on the spot.

As we look closely at our lives we need to ask ourselves, “What kind of seeds am I sowing?

Is it good or bad. Remember, God said, “We will reap just what we sow.”
