(3:30 to 7:15 p.m. or until sold out) Shrimp & Fish Fry Plates sold by Westphalia Knights of Columbus Council #13902. Plates are $15 and include fried shrimp, fried fish, beans, slaw, and french fries. Proceeds go toward the KC charity goals. Pick up plates in the drive-thru lane behind the Westphalia Parish Hall (3000 State Hwy 320).

(10:30 a.m., 12 p.m.) The Falls County Republican Party will hold its Precinct Convention at 10:30 a.m., and the County Convention at 12:00 noon at the Chicken Place, 504 Bridge St (Hwy 7) in Marlin.

(11 a.m.) Rosebud Lott FFA Goat Roping Fundraiser located at the Rosebud- Lott Agricultural Barn. $5 per entry, TOP 3 teams will receive prizes. Concession Stand will be available.

(8-8:30 a.m. check-in, shotgun start 9 a.m.) 13th Annual Falls Co. Boys & Girls Club Golf Tournament, at Marlin Country Club (100 FCR 116 Marlin).

Tues. April 21

(6 p.m.) The March 1923 Texas Aggie urged, “If there is an A&M man in one-hundred miles of you, you are expected to get together, eat a little, and live over the days you spent at the A&M College of Texas.” The Falls County A&M Club will meet for Aggie Muster, which will be held in Marlin at “The Chicken Place,” on Tuesday, April 21 as we howdy, shake hands, and visit.

(6 p.m.) The Rosebud Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet is a masquerade that will feature dinner, live entertainment, and intrigue. $25 per single ticket, or reserve a table for 10 for $200.
