Easter Competes at State

Chelsey Easter represented Rosebud-Lott at the State Track Meet on Friday, May 15, and finished 7th overall in shot put. “Earning the opportunity to compete at the state meet is incredibly difficult, and Chelsey’s finish marks the highest placement by a Rosebud-Lott shot put athlete at the state meet,” Coach Daniel Gilmore said. “Results are part of sports, but they are never the full story. The preparation and discipline that go into competing at the highest level are what truly shape a person. Chelsey prepared the right way and competed the right way. We are proud of her not just for the result, but for the work, growth, and discipline that got her there.”
