The art of hiring good help

I’m not sure what it takes to find good help anymore. I have to admit that it seems like a chore to get an employee in Falls County. I realize I’m new here, but after 5 years in Robertson County where it took just about as long to get the help that is at the Robertson County News and Franklin Advocate, which is invaluable, I’m getting discouraged. I have ads in Waco, Facebook, seven local newspapers, including Groesbeck, Bremond, Hearne, Franklin, Marlin, Rosebud and Mexia as well as the Texas Press Association looking for a reporter. Well, two reporters, one for The Marlin Democrat and one for The Rosebud News.
