April 28, 1957 will be remembered for a while as the day when Rosebud territory got its first big rain in more than a year. All of 1956 is remembered as a dry year. Rainfall during 1957 has been just about perfect in Falls County, but the 3-inch rain of Tuesday, April 23 sent the creeks out of banks in an abnormal way.
