Rosebud-Lott Powerlifting Teams Bring Home Gold
Rosebud-Lott Powerlifting competed at the Bosqueville Bulldog Invitational this past Saturday.
I couldn’t be more proud of the way our team attacked their first meet of the season. We had several first-year lifters that did an awesome job with their first meet EVER.
As a coach, it’s an incredible feeling to be part of a program that runs on preparation and work ethic, the ship almost sails itself. We practice with intent and place a heavy emphasis on situational awareness, so when meet day arrives, very little feels unfamiliar.
None of this happens without the commitment these lifters show every single day. They show up at 6am ready to outwork anyone. I can’t wait to see where this group is by the end of the season. I have a feeling they are going to surprise a lot of people.
In addition to bringing home the Boys Team Champion and Girls Team Champion plaques, here are the individual awards-
