Falls County Receives Funds for ICE Enforcement

The Falls County Commissioner Court met September 29, 2025 for an Emergency Meeting. The Commissioners approved authorizing County Treasurer, Sheryl Pringle, to open a separate bank account to accept 287(g) funds regarding ICE enforcement and Falls County cooperating in dealing with the imminent threat to public health and safety posted by illegal immigration as well as addressing the accounting and management of said funds or otherwise addressing the direction and application of said funds.
The next Commissioners Court is Monday, October 13, at 9 a.m.
