Stress busting
The Heart of Texas Area Agency on Aging will be sponsoring a Stress Busting Class for Family Caregivers beginning on Tuesday, July 18, and it will run for nine weeks every Tuesday at the Marlin Public Library from 2-3 p.m. No charge to attend. blood drive
The Westphalia Knights of Columbus Council #13902 is sponsoring a Baylor Scott & White blood drive on Sunday, July 16, at the Westphalia Parish Hall from 8am to 11:30am. The council is providing breakfast tacos, starting at 9am to anyone who signs up to give blood, as well as all parishioners of the Church of the Visitation. A photo ID is required to donate. To schedule your appointment go to BSWBLOOD.COM and find the July 16th blood drive. Appointments are highly encouraged; walk-ins will be accepted as space allows. Give blood, the gift of life!

Caritas of Waco Inc. will be in Marlin every first and third Monday of the month as part of their Veterans Case Management Program: Assistance For Veterans/Outreach.
