City of Rosebud responds to Executive Order

As of 4/2/2020, the City of Rosebud is following the Governor's Executive Order — GA 14. Residents and Visitors - to slow the spread of the COVID-19:

• shall avoid social gatherings in groups of more than 10 people, (except essential services which includes religious services conduct. in churches, congregations, and houses of worship);

• shall avoid eating or drinking at bars, restaurants, and food courts but using drive-thru, pickup, or delivery options at restaurants is encouraged;

• shall avoid visiting gyms, massage establishments, tattoo studios, piercing studios, and cosmetology salons; and

• shall avoid visiting the nursing home, (which is already closed to visitors).

• Schools shall remain temporarily closed to in-person classroom attendan. and shall not recommence before May 4, 2020.

This does not prohibit people from accessing essential services or engaging in essential daily activities, such as going to the grocery store or gas station.

Essential services, people, and businesses should follow the Guicielines from the President and CDC by practicing good hygiene, environmental cleanliness, and sanitation, implementing social distancing, and working from home if possible.

This is currently in effect and will be in full force until April 30, 2020 at 11:59 P.M. CST.
