Commissioners approve Bridge project for Rosebud

The Falls County Commissioners continued their discussion and accepted Yoder Construction on a fixed bid for future bridge work. The standing bids include bridges of 20, 40, and 60 foot. The commissioner’s stated their desire to have a set bridge to simplify the process of general repairs for the remainder of 2016 and the 2017 budget cycle. Rosebud can expect bridge repair work from TXDot. The bridge project is expected to take up to 3 years and Rosebud will be looking at roughly $3,400.00 in matching grant funds to complete the project.
