Community Rooms Closed until May 31
The City of Rosebud is closely watching and monitoring the unfolding circumstances around the Coronavirus/COVID-19 as it relates to Rosebud. Our top priority is the safety, health, and wellbeing of our community, its residents, and visitors.

D Brown Library - D Brown Library is taking preventative measures to keep our community healthy. We will be closed from March 18th until further notice. There will be no fines for materials at this time, and items will not be due until we open again. If you have any questions or concerns, please call Rosebud City Hall at 254-583-7926. D Brown (Library) Community Room, Brodie Lee Caywood Community Center, and the Event Center – facilities will remain closedApril 24,2020 through May 31, 2020. The city of Rosebud will reevaluate June1, 2020 in considering future reservations. If you had an existing reservation for any of these facilities, a refund check will be issued within 7 to 10 business days for all payments. Friday, 4/24/2020, City Hall contacted all existing reservations. Please check your messages if you had a reservation in the month of May 2020.
We will continue to evaluate the level of services and facilities that currently remain open to the public and will update this information should further action be necessary. The City is asking residents who are experiencing symptoms such as fever or cough or who have traveled to affected areas to refrain from visiting city facilities.
As a reminder, residents who have access to the internet may pay their water bills online by visiting http://rosebudtexas.us/index.php/component/content/article?id=76. You may also use the drop boxlocated in the left entry door to City Hall on 202 S College St.
