Construction Continues at Rosebud-Lott Campus

Rosebud-Lott ISD is under construction this summer in accordance with the bond voters passed in 2024. Several upgrades are being made to both campuses, as well as additional improvements to the high school campus.

Students will find a more inviting campus at the secondary level while seeing a more studentfriendly environment suitable for 21st-century learning.

Upgrades and improvements happening now include: *HVAC upgrades at the secondary campus. All units have been removed and replaced with more energy-efficient units.

*Ceiling and roofing improvements. The entire ceiling has been replaced with a new grid system and will include new tiles after a thorough inspection of the current roof has been completed.

*Flooring. All flooring has been removed from the secondary campus.

Hallway floors have been completed, and classroom/ office floors are following. All flooring should be completed by July 15th.

*All lockers have been removed from the secondary campus, and the hallways have been upgraded to Sheetrock. The spaces will now look more modernized and inviting.

*Water fountains. All water fountains on both campuses have been replaced with a more updated system with accessibility to refill water bottles and large cups easily and effectively.

*Generators have been purchased for the walk-in freezers to be installed before school begins in August.

*Overflow parking for football games at RLHS has been completed.

Rosebud-Lott ISD is committed to offering the best environment available for students to learn.

These improvements are just the beginning of the changes that are coming to the campuses. More construction is slated to begin in the fall of 2025 and later in 2026. Schools will resume in August with minimal interruption.
