Employee of the Year

The City of Rosebud’s 2024 Employee of the Year is Larry Burns. Larry is the head of the Water department in Rosebud and has played a key roll in the revitalization of the sewer and water systems in Rosebud. He has also played an important roll in the redesign and engineering of the sewer plant project slated to begin construction in late summer 2024. Larry is a Rosebud native and has worked for the water department in the past. The City of Rosebud is very lucky to have such a dedicated individual to care for our aging infrastructure.
