Falls County 82nd District Court Docket Report

On Aug. 14, Judge Bryan F. Russ Jr. convened court to hear felony matters presented by District Attorney Jody Gilliam. The following cases were disposed of:

Second-Degree Felony (2 to 20 years, up to $10,000 fine)

Gabriel Salazar, 78, of Lott, pled guilty to indecency with a child and was sentenced to 10 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ). He was arrested March 17, 2025, in Eagle Pass.

Jamie Rivera-Espinoza, 35, of Marlin, pled guilty to sexual performance of a child and was sentenced to 7 years in TDCJ. He was arrested Oct. 21, 2024, by Marlin Police Department.

Harli Lynn West-Kelm, 18, of Marlin, pled guilty to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and was placed on 5 years deferred probation, assessed a $500 fine, and ordered to a Felony Substance Abuse Program. She was arrested July 7, 2025, by Marlin Police Department.

Cody Screws, 37, of Bremond, pled guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon, enhanced, and was sentenced to 11 years in TDCJ and assessed a $1,000 fine. He was arrested April 20, 2025.

Third-Degree Felony (2 to 10 years, up to $10,000 fine)

Deandre Deshawn Brooks, 31, of Dallas, had his probation for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle revoked and was sentenced to 5 years in TDCJ.

Wesley Solomon, 23, of Marlin, had his probation for evading arrest/detention with a vehicle revoked and was sentenced to 7 years in TDCJ.

Quanterrance Neal, 18, of Waco, pled guilty to evading arrest/detention with a vehicle and was sentenced to 7 years in TDCJ. He was arrested July 5, 2025, by Marlin Police Department.

Jamie Rivera-Espinoza, 35, of Marlin, pled guilty to possession of child pornography and was sentenced to 7 years in TDCJ and assessed a $1,000 fine. He was arrested Oct. 21, 2024, by the Department of Public Safety.

State Jail Felony (6 to 24 months, up to $10,000 fine)

Christopher Neal Stanislaus, 44, of Marlin, pled guilty to possession of less than one gram of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 20 months in a state jail facility.

Laurie Ann Repasi, 55, of Marlin, pled guilty to possession of less than one gram of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 20 months in a state jail facility and assessed a $500 fine. She was arrested May 5, 2025, by Constable Shoemaker.

Cody Screws, 37, of Bremond, pled guilty to possession of less than one gram of methamphetamine and was sentenced to 20 months in a state jail facility.

Brady Walker, 25, of Marlin, pled guilty to possession of less than one gram of methamphetamine and was placed on 5 years deferred probation and ordered to a Felony Substance Abuse Program. He was arrested April 28, 2025, by Marlin Police Department.
