Falls County Felony Docket

June 2020

On June 23, 2020, Judge Bryan F. Russ, Jr. convened court to hear felony matters presented by District Attorney Jody Gilliam.  The following Felony cases were disposed of:  

1st Degree Felony (5 to 99 years or life, up to $10,000.00 fine.)

Dorris Erline Robinson, 67, from Lott, pled guilty to aggravated assault date/family/house with a deadly weapon, she was placed on 3 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,000.00 fine and ordered to complete a 120 hours of community service. Robinson was arrested on November 4, 2019, by the Lott Police Department. 

2nd Degree Felony (2 to 20 years, up to $10,000.00 fine.)

3rd Degree Felony (2 to 10 years, up to $10,000.00 fine.)

Gregory Allen Wolff, 35, from Temple, pled guilty to unlawful possession of a firearm by felon, he was sentenced to 7 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Division. His sentence was suspended, and he was placed on 7 years probation. Wolff was arrested on August 22, 2019, by Rosebud Police Department. 

Tiffany Dawn Whittle, 27, from Rosebud, pled guilty to bail jumping and failure to appear, she has been placed on 5 years deferred probation. Whittle was arrested on April 25, 2019, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office. 

State Jail Felony (6 to 24 months, up to $10,000.00 fine.)

Dominico Centrell Harris, 36, Dallas, pled guilty to possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than one gram, he was placed on 4 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete 120 hours of community service, and successfully complete a drug intervention program. Harris was arrested on July 19, 2019, by Rosebud Police Department. 

Irvin Joseph Puente Suarez, 20, from Rocwall, pled guilty to possession of controlled substance, cocaine, less than one gram; he was placed on 3 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, and ordered to complete 120 hours of community service. Suarez was arrested on May 10, 2019, by Lott Police Department.  

Gregory Allen Wolff, 35, from Temple, pled guilty to possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than one gram, he was sentenced to 2 years confinement in a State Jail Facility. His sentence was suspended, and he was placed on 5 years’ probation and assessed a $2,000.00 fine and ordered to complete 120 hours of community service hours. Wolff was arrested September 22, 2019, by Rosebud Police Department. 

Amanda Luann Neumann, 25, from Marlin, pled guilty to possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than one gram, she was placed on 3 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete 120 hours community service, attend and successfully complete a drug intervention program. Neumann was arrested on April 8, 2019, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office. 

Tiffany Dawn Whittle, 27, from Rosebud, pled guilty to possession of controlled substance, methamphetamine, less than one gram, she was placed on 3 years deferred probation, assessed a $1,500.00 fine, ordered to complete 120 hours community service, attend and successfully complete a drug intervention program. Whittle was arrested on May 16, 2018, by Rosebud Police Department.
