Falls County Misdemeanors

On June 24 and 26, 2020, Judge Jay Elliott convened Falls County Court to hear misdemeanor cases. The following cases were disposed of, others were rest. 

Class A Misdemeanors

Richard Seeley, 27, from Rosebud, pled guilty to assault causing bodily injury. He was placed on 12 months deferred probation and he was assessed a $1,000.00 fine. He was ordered to pay court costs. Seeley was arrested on August 2, 2019, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office. 

M Carter Henderson, 28, from Lott, pled guilty to assault causes bodily injury. He was sentenced to 3 days confinement in the Falls County Jail with credit for 3 days. He was assessed a $500.00 fine and ordered to pay court costs. Henderson was arrested on August 11, 2019, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office. 

Danny Ray Walker, 45, from Chilton, pled guilty to assault causing bodily injury/family violence. He was sentenced to 1-year confinement in the Falls County Jail. His sentence was suspended and he was placed on 2 years probation. He was assessed a $1,500.00 fine and ordered to pay court costs. He was also ordered to attend and successfully complete a BIP class. Walker was arrested on September 16, 2019, by Falls County Sheriff’s Office. 

Class B Misdemeanors

Wesley Solomon, 18, from Marlin, pled guilty to possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. He was placed on 12 months deferred probation. He was assessed a $500.00 fine and ordered to pay court costs. He was also ordered to attend and successfully complete a drug intervention program. Solomon was arrested on August 24, 2019, by Lott Police Department.
