Falls County ESD 1 Proposes 1.5% Sales and Use Tax to Improve Emergency Services Falls County Emergency Services District One (ESD 1) is proposing a 1.5% sales and use tax on the November ballot.

District leaders say the proposed tax would fund the addition of ambulances, medical equipment, and other essential resources. The primary goal is to reduce emergency response times and enhance ambulance coverage throughout the county.

If approved by voters, the measure would provide critical support to expand and strengthen emergency medical services in Falls County.
