Fire Department “Helping Heroes” Grant

As a part of the Helping Heroes Program the LVFD has received a $2,800.00 grant to go towards very much needed new bunker gear.
They were presented a check in that exact amount on December 5.
It is of course all thanks to the Koch Pipeline Company and Flint Hills Resources.
If not for them starting the “Helping Heroes” program, then the LVFD may still be struggling to find the money for the new equipment that they have been needing for quite some time now.
