Foster returns as Rosebud City Supervisor

Curtis Foster will be rejoining the City of Rosebud as the new city supervisor. 

Foster has nearly 15 years of experience with the city’s infrastructure, and he will spearhead our efforts to increase our productivity.  

He will be supervising and assisting all city crews with day-to-day operations as well as maintenance of our facilities and equipment. With the extensive projects we have in progress and on the way, his experience will expedite results and help minimize down time and cost.
