Free Income Tax Preparation Offered in Falls County

Marlin, TX — Workforce Solutions for the Heart of Texas is offering free income tax preparation services for Falls County residents through a partnership with University High School, providing a valuable service to the community while giving students hands-on, real-world experience.

The free tax preparation event will take place on Wednesday, February 18, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Workforce Solutions Center located at 114 Bridge Street, Marlin, TX.

Individuals can receive assistance preparing and filing their income tax returns at no cost. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome. To schedule an appointment, call 254-296-5260.Participants must bring a picture ID, and Social Security cards for everyone being claimed.
