Grand Jury Feb 2021

A new Grand Jury was empaneled to consider felony cases presented by District/County Attorney Jody Gilliam.  The following indictments were returned.

Burt Wright Cook, 41, from Temple, possession of meth, less than one gram and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, both state jail felonies.  

James Riley Shook, 71,from Chilton, possession of meth, less than one gram, a state jail felony.

Bruce Shelley, Jr., 27, from Marlin, possession 9of promethazine over 4 grams but less than 400 grams, a 2nd degree felony.

Stephanie Lynn Seeley, 31, from Rosebud, possession of meth. less than one gram, a state jail felony.

Davon Jordan Collins, 23, from Cameron, possession of cocaine, less than one gram, a state jail felony.

Chad Cox, 30, from Smithvile, possession of THC, over 4 grams less than 200 grams, a 3rd degree felony.

Matthew Ezekiel Edleson, 44, from Dallas, possession of meth over 1 but less than 4 grams, a 3rd degree felony.

Pete Logan Flores, 24, from McGregory, possession of meth, with intent to deliver, over 400 grams, 1st degree felony.

Donna Diane Finley, 61, from Waco, possession of meth less than one gram, a state jail felony.

Olivia Tijerina Saucedo, 57, from Rosebud possession of meth less than one gram, a state jail felony.

Shatavia Shardae Hopkins, 26 from Dallas, possession of meth, with intent to deliver, over 4 grams but less than 200 grams, a 1st degree felony.

Hector Cuevas, 41, from Houston, possession of heroin and cocaine, each less than one gram, state jail felonies

Donald Wayne Ketcherside, 38, from Kansas, possession of THC, over 1 gram less than 4 grams, a 3rd degree felony

Nickolas John Crandall, 25, from Waco, possession of THC, over 4 grams less than 400 grams, a 2nd degree felony

Cassandra Sue Simpson, 47, from Rosebud, possession of meth less than one gram, a state jail felony

Raelynn Swinnea, 21, from Marlin, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a 2nd degree felony

David Espinoza, 21, from Marlin, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a 2nd degree felony

Barry Dawson, 40, from Marlin, assault on a peace officer and  emergency personnel, a 2nd and 3rd degree felony

Christopher Rynell Harrell, aggravated assault with deadly weapon and evading arrest in a motor vehicle, a 2nd and 3rd degree felony

Mary Jane Castillo, 44, from Marlin, injury to an elderly person, a 3rd degree felony

Brian Isiah Downs, 22, from Lott, sexual assault of a child, a 2nd degree felony

Timothy DeWayne Lewellen, 37, from Chilton, aggravated sexual assault of a child and injury to a child, 1st and 2nd degree felonies

Erin Paige Lewie, 29, from Waco, improper relationship between educator and student, 2nd  degree felony

Cornelius Ranshard Armstead, 39, from Marlin, possession of a firearm by a felon and burglary of a building a state jail and 3rd degree felony

James Brown, Jr., 65, Rosebud, failure to registrer as a sex offender, a 3rd degree felony

Manueal Alex Ramirez, 27, from Marlin, evading arrest in a motor vehicle, 3rd degree felony

Cody Lane Vernon, 32, from Flat, possession of a firearm by a felon, a 3rd degree felony
