Lott City Council Makes Change to 2017 Holiday Dates

Since Christmas Eve falls on Sunday and Christmas day falls on a Monday this year, the Lott City Council voted all in favor to change the holiday dates. Rather than the dates being Friday and Monday, they will now be Monday and Tuesday. Upon further researching into a city ordinance for downtown structures, the council did discover a city ordinance that was put in place around 1956.
