New plans in the works for the Rosebud Lake

The Rosebud Lake has seen its fair share of sightseers and those who enjoy the outdoors but Mayor Roy Spivey wants more for the lake.

There is now 24-hour fishing available, for those with a fishing license of course, and we’re being told that the fish are biting. A city permit for the day would need to be purchased and can be done at city hall.
