Newly appointed County Constable

The Falls County Commissioner’s Court has appointed Jerry Loden Constable of precinct three. The usual term for an elected constable is four years. However, if the elected constable leaves office the Commissioner’s court will appoint someone to fulfill the remainder of the term. Loden was appointed to fill the unexpired term after Richard Aleman’s retirement.
