Preservation Rosebud honors lifetime members

Wondering what to get that person on your Christmas list who has everything? A lifetime membership to Preservation Rosebud would make an ideal gift and support the museum in a lasting way. New memberships of $200 may be sent to Preservation Rosebud, P.O. Box 792, Rosebud, TX 76570. Contributions are tax deductible.

The museum entryway displays a sign honoring the 44 Lifetime Members. With a lifetime membership your name will be added to this list. Gary Malcik, Richard Shigut and the late Dan DeShazo are two-time life members.

Preservation Rosebud appreciates the community support at the recent Rosebud 100+ Garage Sales. Proceeds from this fundraiser will go toward renovations in the upstairs work area.

A tip of the hat goes to one of our favorite supporters and Lifetime Member Leola Komar. The volunteers were pleasantly surprised by her kind gesture after a workday at the museum. Thank you, Leola!

Be sure to drive by the Rosebud Museum at 117 North 2nd. St. to see the holiday lights installed by Tracey Miller and provided by James Prothro, Greg Wallace, and Marla Wallace. The lighted greenery in brand new urns was donated by Karen Wolf. Thanks to Karen for her creativity in brightening the museum entrance.
