A memorial was held Saturday morning for a Chilton Volunteer Firefighter who died last weekend. Departments from the Central Texas area gathered in Rosebud to honor 62-year-old James “Jim” Pfrommer who was a firefighter in Chilton for nine years. The memorial was followed by a procession with trucks from the several different fire departments down Highway 77 from Rosebud to Lott, then procession then continued to Chilton for the burial.
