Rosebud library welcomes new librarian

The City of Rosebud would like to welcome Kelly Hughes as Rosebuds new librarian. 

She started her new position on Monday, May 17, with excitement and brings her great experience, determination, and love of the library to the job. Kelly is a Rosebud native and has worked in the health care industry in the past.
