Rosebud teacher arrested, accused of tampering with a transcript

A Rosebud-Lott ISD teacher is facing charges of tampering with government records after being arrested and booked into the Falls County Jail.
Rosebud ISD Superintendent Dr. Steve Brownlee notified a Falls County constable that Phillis Taylor, 45, had allegedly submitted an altered high school transcript from Tovar ISD.
She is accused of falsifying the document on Nov. 12, 2018.
According to a school district statement, Taylor made the changes for her own son.
