Tax office extends hours in Rosebud

Due to increased necessity, the Rosebud location of the Falls County Tax Office is extending their hours through the month of January. County occupants have the choice of which office to use, either the location at Rosebud City Hall, or in Marlin at the Falls County Courthouse Annex.

The office is normally open on Fridays only, but will now be open Monday through Friday from the usual 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The office will be closed for New Year’s Day.

Residents of Falls County began receiving their property tax statements in the mail last month, as the season began Sept. 1. 

The  Rosebud office will resume their normal office hours beginning in February of 2021, after the January 31 property tax due date. Payments accepted include credit/debit card, money order, and checks. No cash will be accepted. Please call (254) 583-7926 with any questions.
