Valentines Photo Sessions to Repeat Saturday

Gloria Salinas-Garcia and her son Joaquin Garcia run a photography business together: Gloria take the pictures, and Joaquin does all the editing. On Sunday, Jan. 18, the duo hosted 15-minute sessions in a decorated red pickup truck for $30 per session, and several kids, couples and even a cat showed up to purchase sweet memories captured on film.

“We had a wonderful time today during our mini Valentine’s Day photo sessions and would like to extend our gratitude to the Novosad, Sanchez, Pratt, Moreno and Montoya families for participating,” Gloria shared on the G & J Photography Facebook page. “Huge thanks to the Conchita Castro Lemus family for making this beautiful red truck session possible.”

The cold weather might have scared off a few potential customers, but G & J Photography will be setting up in the same location (corner of Main St. and Third St., parking lot next to Hensel’s Hardware) on Saturday, Jan. 24 from 3-5 p.m., weather permitting. Make sure to check the G & J Facebook page to confirm before you stop by for some sweet pictures ahead of the Valentine’s Day holiday. Pets and props are welcome.
