I hope that you all had a fantastic Spring Break and thoroughly enjoyed spending time with your family.

Sherry and I spent most of ours here taking care of those time consuming doctor’s visits and doing yardwork. We did have the opportunity to see the Lady Cougars whip up on Bremond in softball while the boys made quick work of Bartlett on the baseball field. The “pis de la resistance” occurred on Saturday. While several of our boys and girls were bringing home medals at the Mc- Gregor Track tournament on Saturday, Clara Coker, a freshman who had never competed in Powerlifting before this year, took 4th place in the State Powerlifting Meet in Waco. 4th IN THE WHOLE STATE OF TEXAS! In case you can’t tell, I am quite proud of our kids!!
