Rosebud Park Board breaks ground for Hope Memorial Bridge

The Rosebud Park Board held a groundbreaking ceremony to kick off the beginning of the Master Plan for the town’s parks.

Leaders within the community, and a representative from Texas Parks and Wildlife ceremoniously broke ground on the Park Board’s project, Thrive: Master Plan for the Parks.
