Rosebud Council passes no smoking ordinance

Rosebud City Council heard several reports during the regular monthly meeting March 18; however, before the end of the meeting the council finally made one significant vote, passing an ordinance prohibiting smoking both inside city buildings and within a 25-foot radius of those buildings.
