Cougars finish fourth in Centerville Tournament

Cougar basketball finished fourth in the Centerville Tournament on December 12-14. 

On the first day, they went 1-1 beating Rockdale and losing to Anderson-Shiro in double overtime. 

The next day, they played Normangee and won a close one 40-39. 

In the semifinals, the Cougars lost to New Waverly 56-45. 

As they played for third place, they lost to the hosting Tigers in a hard-fought battle. 

John Paul Reyna was named to the All-Tournament team averaging 16 points and 11 rebounds per game. 

Rosebud-Lott will host its annual tournament December 27-28 at Cougar Gym.
