City Elections delayed until Nov 3

The City of Rosebud decided to delay the May election until Nov 3, in accordance with a proclamation given by Gov. Greg Abbott on March 18 that allowed municipalities the choice in delaying elections, but now all local elections have now been forcibly delayed due to the Essential Services and Activities Protocol proclamation given by Gov. Greg Abbott on March 31. It extends social distancing guidelines through April 30,  defines essential services, and extends school closures across the state through May 4, 2020.
