Falls County Announces Voting Details for November Election

The Falls County Elections Office has announced key dates, locations, and requirements for the upcoming Constitutional Amendment Election and the Emergency Services District No. 1 Election, scheduled for Tuesday, November 4, 2025.

Early voting will take place at the Falls County Courthouse Annex Building, located at 1910 Industrial Park Road in Marlin, Texas.

Early voting will run from Monday, October 20, through Friday, October 31, 2025, with the following schedule: October 20–24: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

October 27–31: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Election Day voting will be held Tuesday, November 4, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Residents who meet certain criteria may apply to vote by mail. To be eligible, voters must be: 65 years of age or older, have a disability, be confined in jail, or expect to be absent from the county during the election period.

Applications for a Ballot by Mail must be received no later than the close of business on October 24, 2025.

The last day to register to vote or update an address for this election is October 6, 2025.
