Andrew Joe Courtney, 84, of Rosebud, died Tuesday, January 28, 2020,
in a Grapevine Hospital. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m.
Saturday in Powers Chapel Cemetery near Rosebud. Rev. Don Fulton
officiating.
Mr. Courtney was born July 4, 1935 in Fort Worth to Jesse and Hazel
Bailey Courtney. He worked as a heavy equipment operator for Falls
County.
He is survived by three sons, Lonnie Joe Courtney of Springtown, David
Lewis Courtney of Richland Hills, and Rickey Dewayne Courtney of
Springtown, one daughter, LuAnn Duncan of Gilmer, one brother, Lonnie
Harrell Courtney of Temple, one sister, Judy Carrol Cashion of Watauga,
and 9 grandchildren.
Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud is in charge
of arrangements.
