Eileen Stephens

Susan Eileen Bostick Stephens, 49, of Rosebud, died Saturday, December 31, 2016, in a Dallas Hospital. Services were held at 11:00 a.m. Monday in St. Ann Catholic Church in Rosebud. Rev. John Kelley officating. Burial will follow in St. Michael’s Cemetery in Burlington.Eileen was born July 7, 1967 in Fort Worth. She grew up in Rosebud and graduated from Rosebud-Lott High School in 1985 and attended Temple College. She was the Business Manager/Accountant for Cornerstone Plumbing in Waco. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church.She was preceded in death by her father, James Russell BostickShe is survived by one son, Keaton Daniel Stephens and wife Sarah of Temple, two daughters, Chelsea Chappell and husband Billy of Waco, and Brinlee Stephens and husband Mitchell Goettl of Rosebud. Her mother Judy Krause Hagen and step father John Hagen of Waco.  Five Sisters, Maurine Turner of Lancaster, CA, Kathleen Vasek and husband Jon of Belton, Patricia Bravo and husband Andrew of Temple, Kara Wittig and husband Chad of Whitehall, PA, Megan Washington and husband Kirk of Lorena, Three Grandchildren, Rilynn Chappell, Camdynn Chappell, and Bridger Chappell. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.Memorials may be made to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation, 230 East Ohio Street, Suite # 500, Chicago, IL  60611-3201 Visitation was held from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Sunday with at Rosary at 5:00 p.m. at Cook-Gern-gross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud.
