Ethel Moraw

Ethel Moraw, 99, of Rosebud, died Thursday, April 13, 2017, in a Cameron Nursing Home. Rosary was recited at 11 am Monday in Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud. Rev. Edwin Kagoo offciating. Burial will follow in Woodland Cemetery in Rosebud. Mrs. Moraw was born September 24, 1917 in Barclay to Robert and Essie  Pollei Lueck. She lived in Bell, Milam and Falls Counties all of her life. She graduated from Barclay High School in 1933. She worked at the Candy Kitchen Pharmacy in Rosebud and Torbet-Hutchings-Smith Hospital in Marlin. She was a member of  St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Burlington and St. Michael’s Altar Society. She was preceded in death by four husbands, Anthony John (Tony) Hollien Sr, Charles  Kleypas, Clarence Tallent, and Willie Moraw. Herson, Anthony John Hollien Jr., Two sisters, Gloria Eller and Esher Lueck, and step-son Robert Moraw. She is survived by her grand-daughter, Laura Hollien of Dallas, Nieces, Cindy, Becky, and Linda of California, Step-Son, Edward Moraw and wife Kay of Cameron, Daughter-in-law, JoAnn Moraw of Cameron, Several step grandchildren and step great grandchildren. Visitation was held from 10 to 11am Monday at the funeral home.
