Jerry Truman Davis

Jerry Truman Davis, 71, of Rosebud, died Sunday, October 1, 2017, in a Rosebud Nursing Home. Visitation was held from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 3, 2017 at the Cook-Gerngross-Green-Paterson Funeral Home. Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 4, 2017 in Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud, with the Rev. Billy Joe Lambert officiating. Burial will follow in Union Cemetery in Durango. Mr. Davis was born February 23, 1946 in Lott to Jessie and Molly Jennings Davis. He lived all of his life in Falls County. He married Margaret Landrum on August 3, 1969. He worked at American Desk Manufacturing in Temple and was a farmer. He was preceded in death by four Brothers, Horatio Davis, J.W. Davis, Ernest Davis, and James Davis. He is survived by his wife, Margaret Davis of Rosebud; two Sisters, Oleta McCormick of Temple and Shirley Padgett of Rosebud.
