Joan Bozeman

Joan Bozeman, 83, of Temple, died Monday, May 14, 2018, in a Temple Hospital. Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 18, 2018 at Cook-Gerngross-Green- Patterson Funeral Home. Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 19, 2018 in Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud with Rev. Don Fulton officiating. Burial will follow in Powers Chapel Cemetery. Miss Bozeman was born January 9, 1935 in Waco to Joe Carlton and Stella Borden Bozeman. She grew up in Baileyville and moved to Houston in 1944. She graduated from San Jacinto High School in 1953 and worked for the Wilson Printing Company in Houston for 29 years. She moved back to Central Texas following her retirement. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe Carlton and Stella Borden Bozeman; and brother in law, Donald C Wooley. She is survived by her sister, Lois Bozeman Wooley of Temple; Two nieces, Peggy Norrell of Oglesby and Dinah Mackie of Lott and numerous cousins. Memorials may be made to Operation Christmas Child of Powers Chapel Cemetery Association.
