Nicole Lehman Grams

Nicole Lehman Grams, 48, of Eddy, went to her eternal home to live with her Lord and Savior Tuesday May 18, 2021.

Nicole, born to Hal and Victoria Lehman in Orlando, Florida, Jan. 18, 1973, before moving to Texas.

Upon graduating from Robinson High School in 1991, she became an EMT, Paramedic and on to become an RN earning her Master’s in Nursing from Texas A&M-Corpus Christi in 2015. Nicole was a nurse for 27 years and genuinely loved nursing and helping others finding her true calling in hospice.

Nicole is survived by her two sons, Trae Grams and fiancée, Hanah, and Tate Grams and girlfriend, Brianna; parents, Hal and Victoria Lehman; sister, Holli Lehman; niece, Harper Lehman who lovingly called her “Cole”; and the light of her life, her granddaughter, Hadley Mae Grams; along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Nicole was an extremely private person all throughout her life so there will be no services held.
