Roy Lee Engelholm

Roy Lee Engelholm, 84, of Rosebud, died Sunday, June 11, 2017, at his residence. Services were held at 10 am Friday, June 16 in Salem Lutheran Church near Rosebud. Rev. Terry Atkins officiating. Burial will follow in Barclay Cemetery. Mr. Engelholm was born September 21, 1932 near Rosebud to Arthur and Katherine Kasner Engelholm. He lived in the Rosebud area most of his life. He married Joyce Stephenson on July 24, 1954. He was a retired farmer and was a member of Salem Lutheran Church. His wife preceded him in death. One son, David Engelholm of Rosebud and one daughter, Kathy Ruemke of Troy, survive him. Two Brothers: Conrad Engelholm of Corsicana and Vernon Engelholm of Belton. One Sister: Elnora Schwake of Robinson 5 Granddaughters, 13 Great Grandchildren, 2 Great Great Grandchildren Memorials may be made to Salem Lutheran Church. Visitation was held from 6 to 8pm Thursday, June 15 at Cook-Gerngross-Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud.
