Tammy Mae Burns

Tammy Mae Burns was born in Marlin, Texas, on Feb. 18, 1980, and went to her Lord on May 30, 2019. Tammy is survived by her only son, Trevor Lee Burns; mother, Donna J. Burns and father, Carl L. Burns; sister, Lisa G. Burns, all from Chilton; sister, Laura L. Hrabal of Westphalia; and brother, Cory L. Burns of Plano. Tammy was preceded in death by her oldest sister, Geri Lynn Simonek of Waco. Tammy was a mother, daughter, sister, aunt, cousin, granddaughter, friend, and niece and will be greatly missed. Tammy was a loving and generous person and wanted nothing but the best for everyone. She had a smile that uplifted everyone that she met in her time here on Earth. Tammy was persistent about bettering her higher self and helping people throughout her life. “My mother wanted nothing but the world for me and was the most positive influential person in my life. I love and miss you forever Momma.” Services are at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 5, 2019, with the Reverend Billy Lambert officiating at Adams Funeral Home in Marlin. Lunch to follow at the Chilton Volunteer Fire Department.
