Theodoro Hernandez

Theodoro “Lolo” Hernandez, 86, of Rosebud, died peacefully on Tuesday, December 20, 2016, in a Temple Nursing Center. Graveside services were held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday in Shiloh Cemetery near Rosebud. Rev. Edwin Kagoo officiating.

Mr. Hernandez was born December 27, 1929 in Calvert. He spent his adult life in the Rosebud area and was well known and respected in the community. He was a valued longtime employee, working with the McAtee family.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary, his brother Jim and sisters Teresa and Ramona.

He is survived by three sons, Joe Angel Hernandez and Tony Hernandez both of Rosebud, and Rocky Hernandez of Marlin. Three daughters, Mercedes H Ramires of Lott, Carlotta Hernandez of El Campo, and Janie H. Grinie of Temple. 21 Grandchildren and 33 Great Grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday at Cook-Gerngross- Green-Patterson Funeral Home in Rosebud
