There are three reasons you need Jesus

If you were to take pencil and paper and begin to write down the number of reasons that you could think of, why you needed Jesus in your life, just how long would that list be? Probably much longer than we could even begin to imagine. But let me help you get started. Let me give you three good reasons that we all need Jesus Christ in our life.

Number 1: You have a past: You cannot go back, but Jesus can. “Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, and today and forever.” (Hebrews 13:8) Jesus can walk into those places of sin and failure and wipe the slate clean and give you a new beginning. Isn’t that great to know?

Number 2: Because you meed a friend: Jesus knows the worst about you yet He believes the best. Why? Because He sees you not as you are but as you will be when He gets through with you. What a friend!

Number 3: Because he holds the future in his hands: Who else are you going to trust? In His hands you are safe and secure--today, tomorrow nad forever. “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” (Jeremiah 29:11)

Now, just how many more could you add to this list?
