7-on-7 Football

The Rosebud-Lott Cougars got a start on football season with Summer 7-on-7 play in a tournament they hosted on Saturday. Teams from Chilton, Leon, Frost, Goldthwaiter, Thrall and Hearne competed in the State qualifying tournament. The Cougars won the first game against Leon 20-12. They won the second game against Frost 20-0 and the third game against Thrall 26-0 before losing to Hearne in the semi-finals.
