Cougars defeat Moody
The Rosebud-Lott Cougars hosted the Moody Bearcats on Friday for the last regular season game. The Cougars handily defeated the Bearcats, winning 41-13.
Rosebud-Lott went into halftime with it being a close game, tied at 13. In the second half, the Cougar defense clamped down and the offense surged, outsourcing Moody 28-0 in the second half to win 41-13.
Deejayy Hicks played incredible throwing for 151 yards and a touchdown, along with rushing for 106 yards and two touchdowns.
Clayton Doskocil also played great, rushing for 76 yards, and Moses Fox was great too with 77 yards and a touchdown. Jamarquis Johnson also had a great game, catching five passes for 101 yards.
Their next opponent will be the Axtell Longhorns for the Bi-District round of the playoffs. The game will be at Robinson High School on Thursday, Nov. 10, and kickoff is set for 7:30 p.m.
